Fix naming of muon systematics for RCJet processor

Merged Mark Andrew Owen requested to merge markowen/athena:MO_rcjet_muonsystfix_analysistop212 into 21.2

This should fix a bug in the assumed name of the muon systematics in the RC jet processor (see ANALYSISTO-744).
