Migrating CTPSimulation to DataHandles

Vasilis Konstantinides requested to merge vakonsta/athena:CTPSimulation_updates into master

Replacing evtStore()->retrieve() statements to DataHandles in CTPSimulation and renaming some HandleKeys to contain "_" instead of "/" so they can also be updated to DataHandles.
