change copyright from Iowa State University to CERN
In the hope that this finally ends the saga: According to the lawyers at Iowa State University these copyrights should have been assigned to Brookhaven National Laboratory. Now @akraszna has confirmed that BNL has legally ceded all the copyrights to CERN, so I changed the copyrights straight to the standard CERN copyright.
I hope I didn't break anything, I changed the copyrights semi-automatically, did a brief visual check to each file as I changed it and then recompiled everything, fixing all errors that had crept in. I broke these up into separate commits for each package, to make it easier to swap them over.
