Remove the last of the dynamic_cast from the xAODEgammaHelpers

Christos Anastopoulos requested to merge ATLAS-EGamma/athena:21.2_last_xAODEgamma_dyn_Cast into 21.2

All other methods use type() and static_cast do the same also here.
