Move 2018 non-primaries to Physics_pp_v8

  • During the v8 clean-up campaign, support/backup/rerun were placed in MC_pp_v8 for simplicity.
  • Now that new trigger requests are being accepted all the 2018 active triggers are migrated to Physics_pp_v8.
  • All 2018 triggers are now labelled Legacy:* to facilitate the understanding of the menu and future modifications
