Remove SiPropertiesSvc from InDetDetDescrExample and AthSimulation, and run SiPropertiesSvc/testSCTProperties.py (ATLASRECTS-4832)

Remove SiPropertiesSvc from InDetDetDescrExample and AthSimulation because silicon properties are not related to geometry.

Run SiPropertiesSvc/testSCTProperties.py with multi-thread.
