Revert athenaprivate1!16642

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:FixATLASSIM-4006_21.3 into 21.3

athenaprivate1!16642 was originally made to sweep Coverity fixes for G4HadIntProcessor.cxx (ATLASSIM-2157) from master to 21.3. These fixes seem to work fine in master, but cause a double-delete at the end of the job in 21.3 - see ATLASSIM-4006.

This merge requests reverts these changes, so that they are not a blocker for other Fast Simulation work.
