Fix for new cabling service

Fix for problem found in master latest (r11 in february) by @fpastore .. Probably related to the work by @pavol ...

Just added these new conditions to the concerned algorithms as "ExtraInputs". Also, improved a bit the test (suggestion by @fpastore) in TrigUpgradeTest related to Calo to pick up when error situation arise.
