Update reference file for frozen simulation tests for gcc62->gcc8 transition

The switch of the CI plaform from x86_64-slc6-gcc62-opt to x86_64-slc6-gcc8-opt changes the output of simulation jobs, so the reference files have to be updated accordingly.
