Improved thinning in EXOT27 + removed large-R jet containers

This MR improves the thinning of the egammaClusters and TauTracks containers so that they only write out the objects that are used (those associated to electrons/photons/taus that themselves pass thinning). It also removes several large-R jet containers that were included for studies but we have now decided to drop and maybe reintroduce later.
