For the offline xAOD classes we do not need ElementLinkVector<> just std::vector<ElementLink<>>

Following a reply from @akraszna on ElementLinkVectors for xAODs quoting

I think we should get rid of them in the master branch. 
We don’t use this type at all in xAODs. They just slow the dictionary handling down...
