Herwig7 example job options added

Tetiana Moskalets requested to merge temoskal/athena:21.6-add-H7-jOs into 21.6

Adding the directory with example Herwig7 jO's (from https://svnweb.cern.ch/trac/atlasoff/browser/Generators/Herwig7_i/trunk/examples). Also adding a new jO for ttbar production with Matchbox.
