Preselections in the common CP jet sequence

Jon Burr requested to merge jburr/athena:CommonCP_JetSequencePresel into 21.2

Adding in stage names to the jet analysis sequence. Also adding in the preselection following the convention set by Nils. Includes the commits from !21239 (merged) so shouldn't be merged until that is.
