Small lifetime weighting patch to MadGraphControl

New versions of MadGraph5_aMC@NLO seem to automatically re-zip the LHE file after adding lifetimes. That's excellent, but it does mean that we have to be able to handle both situations for old and new versions. Thanks to Neha Santpur for the fix!
