Replaced ISF_DefaultParticleKillerSelector with...

Replaced ISF_DefaultParticleKillerSelector with ISF_DefaultParametricSimulationSelector for all regions.

ISF_ParametricSim does not return any ISF particles, so nothing will be simulated twice. This configuration seems safer than having ParticleKillers as ISF_ParametricSim will anyway kill particles which it can't smear.
