Extending isolation scale-factor files beyond 500 GeV

Hi everybody,

we noticed that the isolation-scalefactor files had a too short range giving the user a CorrectionCode::OutOfValidity for muons beyond 500 GeV. This MR updates the calibration area with files having extended axis ranges.
