TrigInDetValidation fix for FTK chains in the v8 trigger menu

Fix to python configuration of TrigIDtrkMonintoring to pick up FTK chains and collections in the v8 trigger menu. This fixes the issue in ATR-19445. These python-only changes have been tested :

  1. by rerunning the NTUP_PHYVAL creation from a SampleA MC production using two sets of AOD from productions with the v7 and v8 trigger menus
  2. by rerunning the Reco step of a HLT reprocessing to produce the tier0 HIST file again for datasets produced with a v7 and v8 menu.
