Bad muon veto needs a weight assigned...

Hi,

@mkbugge spotted that the high-pt bad muon veto systematic is effectively 0. The reason for that is that I forgot to initialize the corresponding class in the constructor of EfficiencyScaleFactors. Very sorry for the inconvenience. Overall changes in the merge request

  • Fixes of the application of the pt-dependent systematic
  • Exchange of the scale-factor release due to wrongly calculated pt-dependent systematics
  • Primitive muon-selection inside the testing muon testing algorithm
  • Augmented tests by adding script evaluating the relative dependence of the scale-factors on pt/eta/phi
  • Imrpovement in the styling of the scale-factor validation plots
