athenaHLT: allow concurrent execution and other improvements

  • Enable unit tests for basic athenaHLT command line functionality
  • Update references
  • Make sure the application_name is unique to allow running multiple athenaHLT processes in parallel on the same machine
  • Adapt the log_name to the new convention in HLTMPPU-00-01-16
  • Cache the SOR record read from COOL for faster application startup
