Clean up TrigMissingETMuon

Gabriel Gallardo requested to merge ggallard/athena:MetTrig.factorizeMuons into master

Part of a clean up series for the MET trigger (ATR-19488).

Cleaning up this code helps overall readability, and will aid in the debugging efforts of !20644 (merged).

Please excuse any strange comments... this code will be superseded in the AthenaMT migration anyway.
