TrigGlobEffCorrTool update of suggestElectronMapKeys()

Update of a not-really-used helper method of the tool (+ configuration file and example) to work with the latest recommendations for electron trigger SFs. Also implemented the suggestion in !21443 (merged): an empty 'version' argument will now default to returning the list of trigger legs corresponding to a particular set of triggers, instead of raising an error.
