Change AthFilterAlgorithm to use a ReadHandle to access xAOD::EventInfo, rather than a direct retrieve() from StoreGate.

Update reference files in AthenaPoolMultiTest. Avoid duplicate EventInfoKey property in EventBookkeeperTools.
