Adds a few fixes for eflowRec: Adjust config code so that eflowLCCalibTool is run in HLLHC setup Adjust config code such that in HLLHC we change the max track eta allowed, in InDetTrackSelectorTool, from 2.5 to 4.0 Relevant for ATLJETMET-1082
