Switch GeoDetectorTool to have a ServiceHandle for Geo2G4Svc

GeoDetectorTool now has a ServiceHandle for Geo2G4Svc rather than accessing it via Geo2G4SvcAccessor. This change should make configuration easier and should not change the simulation output.
