Thread-safety fixes for muon trigger algorithms

Enable thread-safety checker for TrigMuonEF and TrigMuSuperEF. Mark the following classes as not thread-safe (legacy trigger):

  • TrigMuonEFCaloIsolation
  • TrigMuonEFStandaloneTrackTool

I would like @sshaw to explicitly "approve" this MR and confirm that the above two classes are indeed never going to be used in athenaMT.
