SUSYTools: muon high-pt isolation configurable

Keisuke Yoshihara requested to merge ykeisuke/athena:my21.2-2019-03-05 into 21.2
  • New 2018 GRL (v102-pro22-04) is now deployed
  • Muon reco/iso/SF is now fully supported down to 3GeV (MCP twiki)
  • Muon isolation can be configurable for low-pt and high-pt muons (ATLSUSYSW-455)
  • fJVT decision has to be propagated to the tool name (ATLSUSYSW-411)
  • Fiducial eta cut should use EtaBE(2) for electrons and photons (e/gamma twiki)
