Updating b-tagging information in JETM6

Chris Malena Delitzsch requested to merge cdelitzs/athena:21.2-btagging-info-JETM6 into 21.2

Added b-tagging information for pFlow jets, moved b-tagging of EMTopo jets to smart slimming list and removed R = 0.4 LCTopo jets because they are not supported by Jet/Etmiss anymore.

Furthermore cleaned up the extra variables for EMTopo jets (many were a duplicate of the smart slimming list)
