Update SimulationTier0Test reference file for master (ATLINFR-2986)

Sometime on 22nd March the output of the SimulationTier0Test in master changed. So far we haven't been able to match this to a specific commit. While we figure out what happened this merge request updates the master branch to use a new reference file where produced using master,slc6,gcc8,AthSimulation,r2019-03-27T1956. This should fix the failing CI tests.
