Unifies the usage of AttributeList in AthenaHiveEventLoopMgr with the normal AthenaEventLoopMgr

Unifies the way AttributeList is used in the normal AthenaEventLoopMgr and adds the functionality from !22169 (merged) to be able to override the the event number of the primary input with the event number from the secondary input.
