added an option to run the jet resolution for muons and electrons for the METSignficance

DoJerForEMu - run jet resolution for all muons and electrons EMuResoAux - specify a boolean for electrons and muons to say use the jet resolution.

Pileup treatment is turned off for these jets because the jvt and f-jvt are not well defined.
