fix ATLASRECTS-4843

Pavol Strizenec requested to merge pavol/athena:ATLASRECTS-4843 into master

This should fix ATLASRECTS-4843, the conditions folder fot HVScaleCorr was not scheduled in case of Run-1 ESDtoAOD job, should be fine now.
