Add script to create maps from Efield and Ramo
Add a script which uses the Efield and Ramo maps to create additional maps (e.g. charge position, charge collection time) for the 3D pixel sensors. The maps are loaded by SensorSim3DTool.cxx to apply radiation damage during digitization.
