Updated various Master ART tests to be in line with the current 21.0 tests

This MR updates some of the master ART tests to be in line with their 21.0 counterparts. These tests are mainly the q-tests, but also the test_Run00330470_Muons_Collisions.sh, test_recentrun_main_2018.sh and test_mainstream_run307716_collisions.sh tests have been added as they currently run (with the 21.0 config) in master.

Additionally the _mp tests for the q-tests have been updated (but with nproc=2 used, as they are originally set up to be). Furthermore in light of testing against multiple threads in the coming weeks/months, a set of "threads=1" tests have been added (denoted with _mt) to allow these checks to begin to be performed.
