Fix duplicated CTPIDs in L1 v8 menu

Fix error obtained when compiling TriggerMenuXML in 21.3 head due to having the same CTPID assigned to two different L1 items:

Py:TriggerMenu.l1menu.Menu_Physics_pp_v8 ERROR Two items have the same CTPID assigned: L1_DPHI-M70-2EM10I L1_J400

L1_MU20_J50 CTPID changed to differ from L1_TE5 CTPID set in the upcoming MR from ATR-19178:
