21.9: Remove un-needed config option from test_InclinedDuals (relic from debugging ATLITKSW-75)

Remove un-needed config option from test_InclinedDuals (relic from debugging ATLITKSW-75) to stop this test from failing in ART now that !22223 (merged) is merged.

NB we will still need a solution for the 25x100 ART tests by @dbiswas, since these don't have the necessary DB tag available and so now fail since the geometry was being still taken from local files. Maybe best is to create a DB tag for these?
