Prepare remaining truth information for pre-mixing for MT overlay
This MR adds Bkg_ prefix to truth container at digitisation needed for MT overlay:
- unify syntax
- use
MergeMuonEntryLayerToolto make it clear this is the default - properly handle truth jets
- add
WriteHandleKeytoMergeTrackRecordCollTool
