Using wrong pileup average folder for BCID dependend offset correction
This MR fixes the fact that the corrections were not very effective thanks to the wrong folder (also, the folder was recently updated by @pavol). See the attached plots for the Initial (12) bunches and the final ones in MC simulation (need more events, maybe @bcarlson or @viveiros may help me to get a few more). Denis PS: FinalBCIDs.EndCap.pdf

I believe the corrections are slightly over correcting.. But is much better than before (not having any correction)..
