T2CaloEgammaFastAlgo: Remove printouts and cleanup

Remove INFO printouts during execute and significant cleanup of the code (remove comments, use ATH_MSG for logging, remove dead code).

Due to the fix of a missing indentation, the diff is much larger than it should be (even when hiding whitespace changes).
