Fixing the correction code return for muons beyond 2 TeV

Hi everybody,

@morgens, @ysmirnov, @blumen reported that for muons beyond 2 TeV, MuonEfficiencyCorrections returns a CorrectionCode::OutOfValidity. The reason for this is that beyond this scale another method how we estimate the uncertainty kicks in. I was too floppy at these days and did not replace the CorrectionCode to be returned. This is fixed now.
