Remove full-v7-menu legacy tests from TriggerTest and TrigAnalysisTest

The full v7 menu legacy jobs are broken in many ways and there are no plans to support this anymore. The only supported legacy-trigger menu in master is the Physics_pp_v7_primaries menu. We don't wish to run the unsupported menu in the nightly tests, so this MR is cleaning up the two main legacy-trigger test packages.

For tests which already had their version with primaries menu, I simply removed the full-menu version. For tests which only had a full-menu version, I changed the name to "primaries" and changed the menu accordingly.
