Metadata cleanup
Make default for markIncomplete false rather than true. Fix templates to not look for process metadata unless requested. Fix EventFormat to set input, output container names in the constructor. Use new property names for GenericMetadataTool for CopyEventStreamInfo. Retrieve all object versions on input and merge them before putting in the MetaCont.
