added new flags to steer content of DAOD_IDPIXLUMI

allows to specify via the flags which pixel modules are to store in DAOD_IDPIXLUMI.

The configuration is the same with the branch athena:21.0. Two flags are added to allow specifying "dumpPixInfo" and "thinning_expression" in the reconstruction recipe. I am creating this new branch because the clusters in IBL planar modules are needed for the SEU study.
