Produce TotalEventsProcessed.txt in TrigUpgradeTest

For correct daily trigger counts monitoring in our ART Monitor, we need not only the HLT counts file (added in !22615 (merged)), but also a file with the total number of processed events. This MR adds a few lines in chainDumpWorkaround.sh to produce this file in the TrigUpgradeTest tests.
