HLT chains w/ new L1Calo sim into monitoring

Adding to the monitoring the following HLT chains making use of the new L1Calo simulation:

HLT_j0_perf_L14jJ15 HLT_j0_perf_L1jJ100 HLT_6j45_L14jJ15 HLT_j260_L1jJ100

Those chains are already in the MC_pp_v8 menu.
