Differentiate mu and electron tracks

With this MR the tracks collections what are produced by a commonly defined INDet config function are made separate. The separation only happens at the latest stage. This is the TrackParticleCreator algorithms. TracksParticles for muons, muonFS and electrons are added to the output ESD by updating TriggerEDMRun3 config.
