TriggerMenuMT: Python cleanup and initial Py3 port

Further python cleanup in the TriggerMenuMT package.

  • Bugfix for the print detector of the flake8 plugin
  • More strict checks for TriggerMenuMT python code and include LVL1 code in checks
  • Fix all warnings detected
