Fix loop over clusters in TrigEgammaPrecisionCaloHypoAlgMT

This is to fix a bug in TrigEgammaPrecisionCaloHypoAlgMT.cxx where the decision was being taken only on first cluster in the EventView. This is partially a fix for ATR-19704.
