Fix AtlListBSEvents naming in transforms (ATLASSIM-4159)

It seems that AtlListBSEvents command does not have the .exe extension anymore. @akraszna, has something changed in the global CMake config as I do not see any specific change in the ​ByteStreamCnvSvc package?

In any case this MR should fix output file validation and other transform-related issues with that command.
