Add sequences for muon trigger with isolation

Added sequences for EF isolation for muon triggers (ATR-17553). The sequence runs the ID tracking in a slightly larger than standard RoI around the reconstructed muon. Updated configuration for track isolation algorithm and hypo. No chain has been added to the menu yet, as there are still some issues running the ID tracking twice in the same chain.
