Try to change some dynamic_cast to the kind manual RTTI provided by the Trk::Surface

Trying to avoid a few dynamic_cast in getMapOfHits

As this came up in a discussion with @ssnyder and @amete , I am mentioning them. I would be kind of curious to see (if it checks out) if this makes any real difference in the SPOT profiling.
